Laughter Yoga is NOT your traditional yoga class. There are no poses required. We combine simple yogic breathing with guided laughter exercises that help your body release stress and restore balance.

What happens in a Laughter Yoga Workshop?
We begin by gently settling in with grounding breathwork to relax the nervous system and arrive fully in the moment. From there, we move into a series of lighthearted laughter exercises that use simple, childlike playfulness to spark laughter. Each burst of laughter is followed by calming breaths, creating a beautiful rhythm that energizes the body while releasing tension and stress.
We close with a soothing guided meditation, accompanied by the gentle sound of Koshi chimes for a touch of sound healing. This allows your body to fully integrate the experience so you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply refreshed.
