This four-week series, Therapeutic Touch Yoga, is designed to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect you with your body and spirit - through mindful movement, breathwork, and skilled hands-on grounding techniques that deepen the experience.
Each session blends:
✔ Pranyama/Breathwork – Harnessing the breath to cultivate presence and regulate the nervous system
✔ Fluid, dynamic movement – Strengthening the body while creating space for ease and openness
✔ Guided imagery meditation – A sensory journey to promote deep relaxation and clarity
✔ Hands-on grounding techniques & assists – Thoughtfully applied touch to enhance stability, encourage deeper release, and reconnect students with their own physical awareness

Unlike a standard yoga class, Therapeutic Touch Yoga features purposeful hands-on assists, drawing on a deep understanding of anatomy, movement and body awareness. These grounding techniques:
