A gentle approach to yoga to stretch and strengthen the body and relax the mind.
Each class is tailored to the participants and will include breathing exercises (pranayama) and felt sense meditation, gentle body warm-up, yoga poses accessible to everyone and a final relaxation. The classes are varied and will be progressive, as we learn to communicate with our body with breath and awareness.

Everyone welcome. This class is suitable for beginners, seniors, people coming back to yoga after a hiatus, people who have mobility issues or injuries or specific issues or anyone who is interested in a gentle yoga class. Chairs are also available for who doesn’t want or can’t sit or lie on the floor.

Participants will experience improved health and wellness, better sleep, increased strength, mobility and flexibility, improved balance and greater relaxation, not to mention a sense of community

6 weeks starts 9 January

$80+tax= $91.20 or included in Unlimited Membership. No refund or credit for missed classes. Drop in rates available if space allows.
