Join Robin and Giuseppina for a unique and immersive experience that combines the healing power of Reiki, the sound from the Gong and the vibrational frequencies and energy properties of crystals.
Reiki is a light touch therapy that uses the universal life force energy to activate the body's own natural healing abilities. It provides calming, grounding and emotional realignment and supports balance in the body
The Gong's vibrations penetrate deep at a cellular level in your body, rebalancing your system in a natural way. Emotionally the Gong will show you what you are holding on to, encouraging you to let go of what you don't need anymore and gently guide you to a lighter version of yourself.
The crystals will be all around you, inviting you to connect with your intuition and inner knowing and help balance and harmonize your chakras and aura.
We will start by connecting to the crystals, you will be invited to take a crystal for the practice and keep it with you, we will connect with our body with gentle movements and breath awareness and then we will lie down to receive the sound and Reiki energy for about 45 minutes.
Together, the Reiki energy, the sound vibrations and the crystals will work synergistically to promote deep relaxation, reduce anxiety, and create a sense of inner peace, empowerment, and well-being. You may be a little shaken too, ready for the new!
