This vinyasa style class is comprised of a series of invigorating postures done in a heated room. The heat allows tight muscles to stretch and release more readily than in cooler environments. Many practitioners report experiencing faster and more dramatic results in their flexibility after attending Heated Flow (for this reason we also ask that you be mindful of not overstretching). Weight loss and detoxification is one of the rewards of regular yoga so it is essential that plenty of water is consumed. This class is not recommended for people who have been diagnosed with heart disease or high blood pressure or who are celebrating menopause or pregnancy.
