Welcome to Breathing Space Yoga Studio - Truro!

Theresa and I are so excited to be opening a Breathing Space Yoga Studio in Truro! Our space will be located at 589 Prince Street in downtown Truro (behind the Scotiabank). This will be a beautiful space that will also include a fitness centre (MacKINNON FITNESS Inc.), Simply For Life, and two Registered Massage Therapy rooms. This allows the centre to provide a full complement of services for its clients.

Our schedule, although not quite completed, will include yoga classes for everybody! We will include Pre/Post Natal Yoga, Yoga for Kids, Hot Yoga, Yoga for Hockey, Partner Yoga, Introductory Programs, and much more. All of our programs will be led by a team of professional yoga instructors.

The fitness centre will feature cardio, weight training, tire pushing/tossing, rope climbing, sledgehammer training, and much more. All of these training methods will be used to increase FUNCTIONAL strength/power. If you want to improve in athletics or want to lose weight, this is the place to go for all of your training needs.
