Most of us know we have too much stress in our lives but what can we do about it? The primary skills taught in this program are Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga. Through countless studies it has been shown that this program can/will reduce stress in our lives. Meditation is like a detoxification program for the mind!

Power Vinyasa
Power Vinyasa  is a practice of linking powerful breath with dynamic flowing movements in a heated room.  Often referred to as meditation in motion, Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga encompasses many different styles and teachings into the ultimate experience for people who are ready to tap both their physical and spiritual power.  It will tone your body, torch calories and electrify your mind.  This flow has many different levels, allowing beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class.  
 
Long, Slow, Deep
Longer held restorative postures in a heated room! The perfect combination for a deep release to create freedom through the connective tissues. Breath deep and enjoy the stillness while taping into a deep inner peace.

Rock Your Core
Cultivate a strong core and a centered mind while practicing to rock'in music. This fun filled class will leave you sweaty, strong and inspired!

Shake Your Asana
A fun filled Baptiste inspired Power Vinyasa class to get your Kundalini kick'in!!!

Little Pretzels (ages 5-8) & Pretzels (ages 9-12)
Yoga fun for little Yoginis! Cooperative games, theme activities, storytelling, and music make exploring yoga poses fun. Breathing exercises, visual imagery and relaxation techniques are all used to facilitate lessons in self-expression, body image, social skills, positive thinking, and environmental awareness.

Pilates
Pilates Mat work challenges the body through a full range of motion, in all planes of movement. A progression of floor exercises build core stabilization, while balancing strength and flexibility. The class integrates movement with proper breathing, leading to strength and length in the whole body.

Keep Moving Yoga
Keep Moving Yoga is a 6 week introduction to yoga for every body! This class will present yoga as moving meditation. Whatever physical capabilities, mental attentiveness or emotional awareness you possess, it will lead you to a yoga practice that can transform and balance your life. Postures will be introduced with modifications and props to encourage ease, relaxation and a sense of well being.

YogAsana Lab
YogAsana Lab is an opportunity to really explore Asana and break down those postures you've always wondered about. We'll Flow through a fun, all levels class building up to a peak posture which we'll work shop
