Step 1: Non-Disclosure Agreement Forwarded
You start by contacting us about information pertaining to a Breathing Space Yoga Studio franchise. At this stage a Non-Disclosure Agreement is forwarded to you.

Step 2: Franchise Prospectus Forwarded
Once we receive your completed Non-Disclosure Agreement a Franchise Information Package is sent along to you. This package includes a prospectus on Breathing Space Yoga Studio along with other documentation, which needs to be completed before moving to step 3.

Step 3: Completion and Receipt of the Franchise Application and Fee
You then need to provide us with the franchise applicant profile, support financial documentation and a $500 non-refundable application fee. (This fee is applied to your franchise fee should you become a franchisee!)

Step 4: Application Review and Analysis
Upon receipt of this documentation, head office for Breathing Space Yoga Studio will conduct a thorough review of your application.

Step 5: Introductory Meeting
Upon approval of steps 3 & 4, an introductory meeting is scheduled. This meeting provides an opportunity for general discussion about our franchising system. This is an opportunity for us to discuss your profile, your aptitude for running a successful Breathing Space Yoga Studio, your financial capabilities and your drive and energy to succeed. At this time, the Franchise Contract is overviewed and a site tour of a Breathing Space Yoga Studio also takes place.

Step 6: Review Period
This step allows both parties a period of time to review all documentation, address any questions remaining and accept the terms of the Franchise Contract.

Step 7: Franchise Contract Signing and Receipt Of Franchise Fee
Given that you have met all the standards to this stage and are an approved candidate for a franchise, your geographic territory is finalized. Then we celebrate as your franchise contract is signed at which time the franchising fee is received in full.

Step 8: Operator Training And In-Servicing
As a new franchisee, you will complete the Breathing Space Yoga Studio Operator Training Program. Sessions will be scheduled to review all operational aspects of a Breathing Space Yoga Studio franchise and will ensure you understand all the requirements and adherences to policies and procedures prior to your studio’s startup.

Step 9: Franchise Setup And Required Submissions
During this important stage, assistance will be given to help you for the development of your business plan, the set-up of the studio, hiring initial staff, developing a local marketing strategy, etc.

Step 10: Franchise Support
Once you are established there is on-going support from our team along with your fellow franchisees. This is an integral part of the continued success of any Breathing Space Yoga Studio franchise.
