The Dartmouth Studio is open 15 minutes before scheduled classes.
If you would like to make arrangements to visit the studio outside of these times please call 446-YOGA (9642) to speak to Kim directly.

Please do not leave your valuables in your vehicle. The doors to the studio will be locked promptly when class is scheduled to begin.

Restorative Yoga
This class is designed to guide students to a place that simulates restorative sleep. The postures are all supported with bolsters and props to create a relaxing environment within the body which so many are in need of today. This class is particularly beneficial to alleviate chronic pain or restlessness caused from chronic conditions.
Yoga for kids
Yoga for kids is an exciting way to inspire children to explore their bodies and minds through yogic play. Many kids have even learned to calm their little monkey minds while learning to stretch like a dog and balance like a crow!
Yoga for Autism
This class is designed to provide both the student and his/her caregiver tools for self-regulation, practices that soothe anxiety along with postures that build muscle tone and body awareness. There is no fee for a caregiver to attend with the participitant.
Intro to Yoga for Teens
This four week program is designed to introduce teens to the fundamentals of Yoga. The physical poses, deep breathing and relaxation techniques are the perfect tools for dealing with stress and anxiety that often accompany their full lives. This entry level program will prepare the students to safely and confidently attend regular classes on the schedule.
Yoga for Active Seniors
This unique class is catered toward active seniors who are looking to begin, continue or renew their yoga practice. We will practice using props to guide and assist the body in postures and movements that will invigorate the body, deepen the breath, challenge the mind and soothe the spirit.
ReShape Your Life
This is a four week program to help you ReShape your Life and ReShape your body! You will learn to set clear intentions, discover what you're really hungry for and cultivate empowering lifestyle habits influenced by the ancient teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda. Each class will include a transformational vinyasa yoga practice and mindfulness based meditation. Now is the time to take this step on journey of self discovery!
Parent and Baby Yoga
This 6-week all inclusive class is open to ALL parents of babies 1 year and under. We hope to attract not only postpartum moms but also parents who have adopted and fathers who wish to practice with their infants too! This class will include postures for parents to tone and invigorate their own bodies, poses to bond with your baby and also a time to practice Baby Yoga and massage. You asked for it and we are thrilled to be able to offer it for you!
Ladies Night
Are you and your girlfriends looking for a place to have some fun in a safe and nurturing environment? Well we were! So our team has decided that one Saturday night a month we will host a fun activity to enjoy with your friends. All profit from the evening will be donated to a charity in Dartmouth that is committed to serving the women in our community. Check the schedule for the activity, date, time and suggested donation (may be dependent on the cost of the contracted activity leader). Think ZUMBA, NIA, clothing exchange, speakers, games etc.! We would love to hear your suggestions too!
Yoga for Runners Workshop (6 weeks)
Join us for a 30 minute run followed by 30 minutes of Yoga that has been sequenced especially for runners. The class will end with a 15 minute guided relaxation and visualization. This workshop is a wonderful way to learn how to blend these two forms of meditation in motion - Running and Yoga.
Intro to Yoga for Men (4 weeks)
Come out and try yoga for the first time, in the company of other tight, inflexible men! This course is perfect for men who are interested in trying Yoga but hesitate to share class with ladies who are already familiar with the studio and practice. In four weeks we will sharpen the mind, strengthen the body and squeeze stress from your system so you will then be confident to integrate into other classes offered at the studio.
