Intro/Level 1
This beginner level class consists of a series of steady progressions with a focus on proper alignment. This class is appropriate for those with little yoga experience or those who have completed an introductory course. This is also a great entry point for those with injuries or special conditions.

Vinyasa Flow
Come experience the joy of movement through fluid energizing postures with guidance on regulating the breath. This level 1 class strengthens and de-stresses the body while drawing the mind into a state of clarity and inner calm.

Hot Yoga
Hot Yoga is a series of invigorating postures done in a heated room. The heat allows tight muscles to stretch and release more readily than in cooler environments. Many practitioners report having faster and more dramatic results in their flexibility when attending Hot Yoga. Weight loss is a common side effect of regular yoga, and Hot Yoga expedites the detoxification process so it is essential that plenty of water is consumed. Bring a towel, a change of clothes and water. Wear light clothing and prepare to sweat!
Please note: If you have been diagnosed with heart disease or high blood pressure, or if you are celebrating menopause or pregnancy, it is not advised to start your yoga career with Hot Yoga.

"I run alot and weight train regularly, so I assumed my hips were already quite limber. After last nights yoga class I felt like I could run forever this morning! My hips felt better than they have in years! Thanks for the fantastic session. Anyone who runs should try this class. Looking forward to many more."

Power Vinyasa Flow

Using mild heat and postures that massage internal organs, this class stimulates the natural cleansing abilities of the body. This specific selection of postures encourages the elimination of metabolic waste that accumulates through our diet, our air, toxic thoughts and even exercise; adding stress to the entire system. Bring your water and drink lots before during and after class!

Power Hour
This 1 hr class is designed for people who want to squeeze in a workout on their lunch break. It is an all levels, flow-style class.

Ashtanga Influenced
Ashtanga yoga is based on the teachings of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. This vigorous and aerobic style of yoga teaches proper breath, bandhas (muscular locks) and asanas (postures). Students will become familiar with sun salutations, the traditional standing sequence and the first seated postures of the primary series. For those with extreme muscular tension or injury concerns, modifications will be offered.

Yin Yoga
A restorative form of Yoga that targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and spine. Slower breathing is encouraged with longer held postures, followed by deep relaxation and meditation. Give yourself the gift of slowing down and exploring the depths of your practice. Ideal for those who struggle with high levels of stress or stress related disorders.

Core yoga
This unique class focuses on cultivating core strength--low back and deep abdominal muscles. As we strengthen the core, we stabilize joints and become stronger all over. This class begins with traditional yoga postures to gain awareness of core muscles, leading to a challenging peak posture that requires the strength gained from the abdominal training.

Karma Class
Karma teaches us that what goes around comes around and Karma yoga literally translates to the path of union through action. Join our loving community for a free Vinyasa Flow class and your $5 donation will go to a different charity each month. We are sure you'll agree it's a great way to be of selfless service to humanity!

Family yoga class
Step away from the screens in your life and bring the whole family to this energetic one hour class. This all-levels, light-hearted class is designed to promote active living and family connection for all ages.

Intro to Yoga
A 6-week course for the novice who wants to start at square one, covering the fundamentals of Yoga: the full yogic breath, bandhas (muscular locks), mental focus and postures for specific conditions. This program offers all the information that one would need to safely explore higher level classes.

Pre-Natal Class
This holistic prenatal course offers yoga, group discussion and rich information about natural birthing. Yoga is truly ideal for pregnant women. When practiced mindfully, yoga increases flexibility, strength, circulation and balance. Pregnancy and labor can be very physically demanding with many changes to the body. Yoga allows women to adapt more gracefully to these changes, while feeling a sense of appreciation for their bodies and the experience of bringing forth new life. A yoga practice during pregnancy empowers women to birth the way they want and offers their baby the gift of a calm and loving environment within which to grow.

“The birth of my second son was an amazing experience and I owe a lot of it to Breathing Space. I was able to give birth to my big baby boy naturally. I listened to my body and met each contraction with a deep, controlled breath. I was totally ‘present’ for the birth of my son.” - Kena Wiggins.
