Intro to Yoga:
Registration is now open for our 6 week program. Register for one of two times: Saturday May 5th at 10:15am with Melissa or Thursday, May 24th at 6:00pm with Michelle.
Prenatal Yoga:
This sessions registration has only a few spaces left. Be sure to call and register today. Class begins May 2nd at 7:30pm with Bev.
Mom & Baby Yoga:
May 15th at 1:30pm is our start date this session. Join Caelin and other moms who are enjoying some fun play time out with their babies while benefiting from the practice of Yoga.
Yoga for Kids:
This creative and energetic program encourages general movement skills and playful poses put to music. Give your child the gift of exercise, deep breathing, healthy peer connections and of course, quiet time. Class begins at 12:00pm on Saturdays and is open to ages 4-11.
Mom & Tot Yoga:
Starting May 24th we are introducing our Mom and Tot Yoga Workshop. Join other moms who are enjoying some fun play time with their tots while benefiting from the practice of Yoga.
Yoga for Anxiety and Depression:
Anxiety and depression are sweeping our nation. This class will offer you simple techniques to cope with and live beyond your anxious self. Through the practice of mindfulness and meditation, breath techniques and postures will be explored to help heal the body, mind and spirit. Please bring along a blanket and journal to support your experience. Lead by Caelin. May 13th & 20th from 1:00pm – 3:00pm. ($60 + tax) |
